Netflix’s $725k design role + a practical AI UX workflow
Unrequested UX/UI mini-lessons

How to use AI in your UX jobs, mini-tip
AI can make your work smoother, not fancier. You don’t need a big system or a special project. Just a few small habits that save time and help you think clearly:
Starting with research: Ask AI to tidy up your notes, highlight patterns, or turn long interviews into a short list of what really matters.
When you’re stuck: Let it suggest alternative flows or point out cases you didn’t think about. So you have a mini assistant who bounces ideas off when you’re tired.
Writing copy: Need error messages, button labels, or a first draft of an onboarding screen? Let AI write version zero so you don’t start from a blank page.
Early layouts: Tools like Uizard, Figma Make, Lovable or Bolt can give you a rough wireframe in seconds. Nothing polished, just something to react to.
Quick “pretend” feedback: Ask AI to look at your design as if it were a certain type of user. It won’t replace real testing, but it can help you spot obvious issues. And it is great to do it before critique, testing, or aligning with stakeholders.
Your review still matters: Don’t publish anything without checking it yourself. AI helps, but you make the final call.
AI is just another tool you can lean on to make the boring parts easier and keep your energy for the real thinking.

Ciao! Talk to you in a month-ish 🕐
I'm Alessandra Stagno, a Lead Product Designer from Italy, now based in the Netherlands, with over 10 years of experience in Product Design – not the physical kind, though. The UX and UI kind. Yes, because in Italy, people think you make chairs if you say you’re a Product Designer. Never made chairs – unfortunately. But give me a horrible website or software with a questionable user experience, and you’ll find me in a room fixing it, saying: “Oooh! Now it’s clean, and I understand what I’m supposed to do, let’s test it!”
